Could we dedicate this maybe to showing off your 4520, 4502, 6r15 erm...5606 is it? Lord Matics and King Seiko etc. I don't know what else is out there. I would probably want them all but I have an urge after selling that Hamilton and reminding me of my PRS-5 that I really want that tactile feeling of winding the mainspring. Especially when I know it's a movement that I put together. So, please enable me and show them off. (Can see me regretting this..) Also show us your Citizen manual winders!

Well good day, Sir! (I did the stereotypical Brit version..) Nice, Tristan. So really I need to look for a 4502 or 20, of which I think one is rarer or something? I've wanted a King Seiko for a while so am I right in thinking the 45 ones are the 4500 movements and are purely hand wind? Sorry this is something I should really do my own research on but some pointers would be good.

That is an awesome collection, Henry. I've just got a few watches back from Steve so I'm going to have to come over and show them off, and drool over these.

Could they be Citizen? Anyone interested in that kinda stuff round here? Yes! Bought my first Citizen the other day after finding a deal and Mike sorting it. Only thing that worries me with Citizen is parts? Anyway not in keeping with the thread but to state my growing interest in them... I'll update the title.

Probably not your kind of thing Guy, but I've got a couple of these 7000-8000 handwinders as well as a few earlier 66 calibre -

Here are my hand-winding Seikos: Starting from left, the 5717-8990 "one button" chrono, then my latest addition, 4522-7000 GS and finally a Seiko Super from 14004S from 1958 (I think). I also have this tiny thing:

Lovely those Erik. Particularly like the row of three especially the middle and right one. Just noticed I hadn't seen the others in the thread. Yeh I must get something soon but might take me a while. Jonas I will have to take a picture of your 66 soon. Hoping to strip it in the next few days too.

Aloha Sir, Guy this one is 33.02 >>>> This one is ...24.11 >>>>> They are not hard to get and they are in the ....Westclox Watch sites also on The Bay. You have to look for them and if they look like these then they have to be fixed. But they have to be from these models because they were only made for issue from .....1966 to 1970. Let me know and I can help you with them and to I.D. them also. Louis

I have had quite a few Seiko hand winders, all of them lowly 66, 6602 and 6300 calibers. The only two I have at the moment are this 6602-7020 C22 Sealion that I have recently refurbished (still awaiting a new crystal to arrive) And this tiddly piddly little 6300-6000,it would look fantastic if it was bigger And some of my favorites that I sold; My 6602 Seikomega mod and D's Seikolex 6602-7040-P 6300-8000 Sekolex mod 6602-1990 6602-1990 Sportsman 6602-8000 C22 Sealion 6602-8050 6602-8050 6602-8990 seahorse J13082 Sportsman Seahorse A couple of other worthy handwinders are the Alpha Daytona and Seagull 1963 chronographs, great little watches that worked faultlessly.
