Some people waste time bidding in $2 increments, I never quite understood that logic. Me neither. Nuclear snipe - snipe 'em hard - that's the way to go.

I always laugh when people say that...they have no idea what the other guy's maximum bid was. The truth is the loser underbid by $1 and that is verifiable laugh1.gif

The winners highest bid could be $100 more than your max, but it will only kick the bid up just enough to ace you out. Yeah, I know everyone knows this, but I felt like explaining it anyway loser-sign

Wow, $283.90.....Seems like a waste to me, but I'd love to know what the buyer has planned for it.

I would have LOVED to have gotten a look inside. It would have been really fun to look at the dial. If it were mine, it would have been fantastic to be able to see how far back you could bring that dial. The lume didn't actually look that bad - I'm wondering if the white haze was salt. If so, it might not have been that tough to remove painlessly. The SEIKO logo can be replaced.

Yeah, lots of curiosity with this one.

Better, as long as the movement isn't full of barnacles.
