Those do like nice. I haven't bought any yet but once I'm in the market I'm certain I'll be trying them from there...

Still in customs... But I enjoy seeing these and I love the "UNCLE" instead of "TROPIC"

Trying it on for the first time, I wasn't sure about it only having 1 keeper - just felt odd not threading through 2 keepers as with nearly, if not all, of my other straps. Looking at original tropics, it seems they only had the 1 keeper as well, so that keeps it faithful to the original. Having worn it all day with the keeper right at the tail - I'm finding it perfectly fine. The 1 keeper is doing it's job very well.
I'm not even sure if I should bother doing the - curling it round the inside of a cup and hot water trick - that I've done with all my waffle straps.

Softer than any of the aftermarket waffle straps. Not as soft as the OEM SLA strap or say- a borealis Isofrane.

Not particularly. It’s about as soft as the blue waffle I got from him a few months back. Actual tropics in my experience are quite a bit more flexible.

I'd love to try one of those, is he still selling them? The last I knew he was, Tim, but he always used PhotoBucket pix. I suppose you could email him to find out. As far as I know, he only has them in 22mm. Try him at yobokies@yahoo.com.hk
