There is a seller on the Bay (yourbandstand) who is offering an Oyster w/end links for $24.95, anyone have any intel on these? I can't imagine they are fantastic, but the price is good.

That looks pretty decent for the price -- did the seller indicate potential Seiko models it can fit?

Solid or rolled?
I bought my 6309-6040 from Spencer with a solid link bracelet that I'm told is available on ebay for $10 bucks or so. Very nice bracelet and I believe it was from Singapore.

I get some awesome bands/bracelets from this seller! TOP notch quality for the prices, great service and communication............ bandfever The bracelet on this one came from him and it has the screw in removable links! I had to buy the correct fitting end pieces from Jonathan but at the $18.95 that I paid for the bracelet it was well worth the money IMO

Thanks for the heads up, Tim. thunbsup.gif
In proper money it's only £19.07 inc postage . I was looking for one for my SKX007 as I don't really like the rubber strap it came on. I'll let you know when it arrives.

Thats gotta be a wrapped link right? Solid links with folded end link. Fat, collared spring bars and it looks like split pins instead of screwed links.

Thanks for the info. I've been looking at the bracelets on bandfever but hesitated expecting a lightweight piece o' crap. Looks like a go.

IMO, folks that buy these Oysters, are looking to keep the price down. I have a feeling, the el's will work just fine for most.

What's wrong with the folded end links he supplies? They dont fit properly. In what way; are they too wide, not the right shape or is it just because they aren't solid?

I grabbed one and it came today. It's a perfect fit on the 6309-7290 that I got it for. Took three links out and ther is the perfect amoutn of adjustment with the three micro holes in the clasp. I may grab another one for the -7040. I would try to reshape the end links before I drop the price of the bracelet on end links embarrassed-smiley-face
