I know it sounds cliche but the time has come for me to clear out my collection. Anything I haven’t worn more than twice in the last year is going, so this is one of several such posts to come. I bought this watch a couple of years ago as a “test drive” to see if I liked the design enough to pull the trigger on an actual Tudor. I did and this guy has been just sitting on my work bench since. It’s a strong watch in its own right, regardless of its similarity to the original (and it has a date complication, something I sorely miss with the Tudor). Movement: Miyota 8215 automatic w/ date Size: 41mm Case: 316L stainless Crystal: domed sapphire Lug width: 22mm WR: 100m Description: 9/10 (maybe 10/10 after I clean it). The Miyota movement is a rugged, reliable old workhorse and this watch runs nicely. Decent lume. The bracelet is quite nice and is close enough to the Tudor bracelet that I actually stole two links off of this to add length to my Black Bay’s (so this watch will come with two missing links, but it should still be long enough for 90% of buyers). While some of Corgeut’s BB homages have come down in price, the red-bezel watches with solid bracelets still cost a bit more than this one, and you get the benefit of not having to wait two months for it to come from China. Price is $100-shipped within the US. I accept PayPal and will cover the fees. REASONABLE offers accepted.
