Aloha ,
Well as many have seen we in Hawaii and some other Countries love eating Japanese Foods. So I thought of making a small
summary of just what to see and get if wanted. This is what I usually make and prepare a lot for many times of good eating
and enjoyment because AI really enjoy doing it.
Our resources here are plentiful so there is always what we need to do all these Different and Cultural preparations.
Thought it might be interesting for others to see the differences in ..... Sushi Dishes ... when going out or at home to have
and are not aware of all of this.

A note to be successful in your many preparations : Your Sushi Knife should always be with a ..... One sided Cutting Edge only.
Number - 1
This one is called ...... Chirashizushi : It contains ..... Multiple Fish /Shrimp / Vegetables Combinations.

This one is called ...Inarizushi : Eggs Cone filled with Rice / Vegetables and Extras. Mixed with Rice Vinegar.
The Cone to conatain this is made ....From Eggs beaten then fried to look like this

Number - 3
Makizushi .... Sushi rolled with Rice and what ever you might want in it.
You can put strips of .. Carrots / fish / Vegetables / Avocado spread / Teriyaki Strip ... and what you might want if it is
appropriate for your Taste. It is endless for stuffing into it according to taste wantings.
Made using Bamboo Tool to roll it up good and tight using .... Roasted Sheets of Sea Weed that is called ... NORI.
Number - 4
Narezushi .... Can be prepared by ...Soaking for a while in ..... Sake / Blended Sauses / etc.

Nigirizushi .... This one served with ... Different Cuts of Colored Fish set on Top of Rice and can be dipped in Hot Sause to eat.

Oshizushi : Multiple cut and Layers of different fish chunks and other ingredients placed on it.

FUGU ..... specially prepared disc with .... Puffer Fish or .... Balloon Fish : The inside meat is what is used
This is dish is prepared only by ... " License and Certified Chefs ", because it is Highly Poisonous. It is said to be much more
" Poisonous then Cyanide Poisoning ". It can be served in .... Soup Form or Sashimi .... (Raw) servings and with Hot Sause's .
FUGU & FUGU Delicacies ...... has been one of my long time Favorites and I have a Good Friend that is a Master Chef here
for a Restaurant that makes it.

Categorised to be designated as a ..... White Fish because of being said as Crustaceous Placed and that is why is has that
..... Redish Color in it.

The Art Of Eating Sashimi along with Rice with Sauce's :
The Chef will watch just how ..... Accurately you Dip The Food into ...The Sauce. The Rice should never Touch The Sauce.
He will usually come over to you and ....... Compliment you for your Skill in this matter.
( The Rice will not touch the Sauce and fall apart into it. )

NOW : Important to know when in a ........ Japanese Restaurant or Sushi Bar :
When you are served and eating it is customary not to ....Place your Chop Stick in this position. I is taken as ...Dis-Respectful.
This is done only if you are in a ........ Reception at a Funeral as Being Respectful Toward ...... " The Dead ".

Now a matter of ..... Real Importance when in a .... Japanese Restaurant or Sushi Bar :
If you are eating there and there is a Chef you should always ... Offer The Chef A Drink because this will show him that you
are very satisfied with .... His preparations , Services , and over all presentations.
He will be .... Up-Lifted in His Pride if you do this.

Why there is always a ... Artificial Grass or real Leaves served on the Sushi Dish :
In the old Street food days it was said to help keep .... Bacteria of you meal. Before it had Real Leaves on them.
Today is is represented with a ... Plastic Grass.
Before the Second World War Sushi was mainly .... " A Street Food Item ", then because of the lack of resources after the
war it got into Restaurants and Hotels then it became sort after and famous to be served in those areas and all over the world.
