Its an Omega speedmaster 1420 quartz. Looking to see if anyone as any info on this watch. I do know much about omegas at all.

Early quartz from the late 70's. Most people will pass on servicing these as they are a ticking timebomb. Value wise not terribly high.

I serviced an omega 1332 quartz of my own a while ago, which is around the same era (early 80s). It was a lot more fiddly than a 7548.
