Any idea what it says on the back of my Homer

My understanding is that these were railroad related. I'm curious about the engraving on the back. Also, if anyone knows what year it might be from.  And one more question ... does the box look period-correct, or just something that got added along the way. Many thanks to the Citizen experts!

I was able to get a translation from a friend.

The top line is the date, Shōwa 52, or 1977.
The middle line may indicate that it was the 7th watch issued that year.
The bottom line is Kokutetsu Hokusen, which is Nation Rail Hokusen, an old railway line in Hokkaido.

I was also told that the box is not original to the watch, but my own research hasn't unearthed much info on Citizen boxes.
