Hi all, posted this in my welcome post but have now figured out how to post images (I think) Any opinions on the originality of my new 6309 would be great! Arrived from eBay yesterday and very happy with it. Will try and sort out the lume pip at some point and I have since given it a refinish to the brushed topside with a hole cut out of a 3m sanding sponge and rotating the watch. Worked really well! Thanks in advance Tom Pics

Aside from the obvious lume pip that gives the insert away as aftermarket, it looks darn original to me.

Ref the hands, I have followed many experts advise on their originality in that their outline should be sharp and not with radii thus they reflect no light in pictures. When they have radii their outlines shine...like yours.

Yeah, the lume pip sucks! Although on close inspection it has a blob ontop on another blob, I wonder if the insert is real and maybe has had a bad relume job, I may opt for a yobokies one if I canβt make a better job of that lume pip myself

Yes the hands look very modern and sharp to me, I am ok with that to be honest, I would rather oem but donβt want to throw a load of money at this or potentially let someone mess up the timekeeping which is at present, extremely good!

Indeed well done tommie! That's a clever idea on cutting the sand paper sponge up as you did. If you hand out here too much you'll be breaking that case all the way down and servicing the movement next

Other than a lume pip it looks all original to me. Not seeing anything with bezel insert, looks like they just replaced the pip.
