My new bench mate checks out the Citizen 4-095839 TA EFA LCD which is a 'dead stock' item from YJ. Still has the watch back protection decal and not a scrape on it. Just a spot of corrosion I hope cleans up easily on the bracelet.

When I look at those McLarens Fergus I think to myself who could possibly own one of those and what would they do with it? Of course I know that the people who buy such automobiles have many and keep them immaculately in dry heated storage.
Much like owning so many watches, it sees the street at some whimsical fancy of the owner every once and awhile and is retired at the end of an afternoon of driving delight. It won't see action again soon especially after bruising it's occupants guaranteed by racing suspension crashing into public roadways at great speeds.
Back at the stable the hired hands will wipe it down and clean every spot of it, fuel it, and put it to sleep under a cozy hand stitched cover until the next time it comes up in some animated conversation between it's owner and someone he intends to impress.
Worlds apart, but who knows maybe I sat next to the guy the last time I was helping a team out at the track

wow Fergus , I had a completely different take from inboost . I thought they were very nice windows; large, clean and clear - you can look right through them. Are you replacing broken windows or building a glass house?
BTW, neat cars behind the windows.
Oh yeah - I like left and right. I think I like left better, then I look at right again and question my choice.

For many years I passed this premises when it was an auto garage selling s/h affordable cars. Whist out with our grandsons today we took a short cut ending up at this garage. You just would not expect to see a McLaren official dealership in Petersfield, Hampshire but here tis. petersfield.mclaren.com/enIn all honesty the ones in the window had so little road clearance I doubt they could be driven on UK A or B roads. Motorways and race tracks only. Still fantastic to see them in the flesh...My choice is the batmobile.

Uhm, those are Paganis, not McLarens. Horacio Pagani is an amazing Italian car designer. And those are some extremely rare ones, the Huayra R and the Zonda R. Whoa. EDIT: Horacio's business started when a large Ferrari collector financed his first project - Benny Caoila II. His son, Benny Caoila III has one with his name on it - any of the "BC" models are named after him and his dad. Here's the Huayra BC III that he takes out to local shows... and the man himself there with the black shirt and sunglasses on the left side in the back

6119-8300 from March '69. Can anyone offer any info on either the faceted crystal or the blue inserts on the bracelet? I can't find photos of another with this crystal and it is awfully clean for the age. I did read online somewhere about there being bracelets with blue inserts but I think they're extremely rare. This has a Seiko 5 clasp, and I presume a maker's mark on the clasp...🤔
