Grand Seiko case types by model -- eg. 44GS vs 62GS vs??

A quick question:  A bit of an esoteric question: Do we have any tables that show Grand Seiko model number by case type (e.g. 44GS, 62GS, etc)?

Also, any similar table for other Seiko watches, e.g. brand by case type?
