G/day all, Do you live in California? and can do me a favor, I want to buy a 6117-6400 GMT hand from Seikosis, cost of hand no probs but the EBAY shipping to Australia is purely theft 1.5 times more than this tiny hand costs, so if somebody could receive this for me after I have paid for it and the send it to me by normal US post that would save me a heap, I will send money for postage before dispatch. Hope someone can help Cheers
George

Hi George. I can't help you with this, but just FYI those replica GMT hands are not great, misshapen and the wrong shade / color IMO. I would make an offer on a real one like this: www.ebay.com.au/itm/305385295593

Welcome!
Stick around and share your watches. You will most likely have that hand at some point.
I stumbled here aswell while hunting for a watch part. Decided to stay around in this wonderful place!

I have a NOS GMT hand but it's for the 6117-6010. It's different inasmuch as it doesn't have the 'step' of the later -6400 hand.

I'm in Alaska, not CA, but it's only $6 for shipping to me. Happy to forward to you, which it looks like would be another US$10 or so. Still spendy relative to the hand itself, but shoot me a PM if that would help!

As I have progressed in this nutty hobby, I have learned that cost to return a watch to a level that I will enjoy owning it varies considerably with the watch. I'd drop $100 on an NOS OEM hand set any day of the week if the end result made me happy. Likewise I would sell off a watch that even if restored just didn't float my boat. So I hope in this case it's the latter scenario for you. Otherwise you might regret the short term view.
