One of my all time favorites...anyone know the price? Looks like the price is listed at 5500 CHF, or $6,206 for the SS version. Figure about 30% off of retail and you're still looking at $4300.00 or so.....that's a lot for that watch IMHO....but I still think it's beautiful.

I watched this with a lot of anticipation, but I'm disappointed. Display back, polished center links, matte textured dial, artificial patina. Much shinier than rendered. It's a desk diver. Here's a photograph from an attendee: It recalls the CK2913 just fine, but that was never one of my favorites: I much prefer the 165.024: If I was going to go for a look like this, I prefer the European Tribute to Deep Sea:

I think it looks really good and wouldn't mind having one myself, but I think the new/reissue MK II would be my choice between the two. But then again I'm biased towards chronos. I love the little detail of the lume under the tachy bezel.
