Would someone please explain to me exactly what is Tapatalk? I read a bit about it on the NET but fail to see what the difference is between it and just simply using my regular cell phone Browser! TIA

The only "mobile app" (if such can be called) is for loading titles onto my Kindle reader. (Does not involve a cell phone.)

I'm still wondering which version folks here are using.........Version 2.4 or the newer 4.0 version!? With either version are you able to up-load pics to our Forum?

Rene Tapatalk doesn't work with our forum
Proboards has their own app that works for us. It operates the same way that Tapatalk does. You can paste/ upload photos or use links from your photobucket account

From what I've read, the proboards app (what I am using now) is actually a version of Tapatalk, which is what I use for SCWF. I guess there are some funky thing about the proboards platform that require a custom app.
Both make forum use on iPad and iPhone much better!

I like it a lot, I just with the app would host uploaded pics like Tapatalk does.

Yep...upgrading to the tapatalk version with unlimited pic hosting cost only a couple of bucks and made life one step simpler. Too bad proboards doesn't have this option.
My workaround is to use photobucket and shoot the picture right from there. This saves the step if doing a regular camera shot, then launching photo bucket. Pic still goes into camera roll and i dont have to actually use the camera. Small savings, but something.

I've been trying to figure out how to post a pic through the iPhone Flickr app.
