Right Guys. I've ended up with two of these so one has to go.
Selling a Seiko SKX030 fitted with a Gen Rolex Trip-Lock Crown.
All work was done by Shaun. Has passed a full wet 200 mm Water Resistance test.
Shaun also, with genius if I may say so fitted this baby with an nh36 movement. Hacks, hand-winds, Auto-winds etc Amazing Watch-Work.
Will come with "Bubble-Boy" Crystal & Two Gen Seiko Dials. An original SKX030 Dial & a Monster Dial I don't need anymore.
You will need a set of hand. Yobokies or Dagaz comes to mind. You also might wish to replace the Case-back as the one that came with it is pretty scratched up, mind you if your gona wear it who'll know.
Shaun did forget to mill off the Rolex Logo from the crown. If it bothers you, you'll need to get that done. Didn't bother me but then I'm not a purist like that.
Some Pictures
The two Dials:-
And a few views of the watch:-
As I said the Case-Back is Scratched up so you might want to find another:-
Price? Well the Trip-Lock conversion normally costs $150 on its own. Plus the work to get the one-off movement conversion. Plus the Watch itself.
So I think a fair price is $220 to a member on here. If It goes onto our favourite auction site it will be a bit more. I am open to adult offers & trades. Looking for an old/ruff/wabi'ed Tag for my lad on deployment as he's just killed one!!! So we can throw one into the pot.
Thanks for looking PM me if interested.
