The mail lady just dropped this one off about 5 minutes ago. I have wanted one ever since I regretfully sold mine awhile ago and when I saw it up for sale I snagged it as quickly as I could! All boxes, hang tag, warranty card unsigned and not a single mark on it! I'm as happy as a pig in a poke and this should satisfy me for awhile! Not liking to use the word "rare" I wont but this model is very scarce!

I'll give it a month and it will have moved on ;-) Not a chance! I had at one time a fairly nice collection of Zodiacs and foolishly ended up selling them all! The ones I sold are now selling for 4 times what I originally paid for them! I, as a matter of fact am going to slowly start re-building back my Zodiac collection. They arent cheap anymore and they are very solid and well built watches.

I seem to remember you say that you would NEVER sell the GMT, yet it went  That's the trouble with declaring things with superlatives...they nearly always come back to bite you

Yeah...... the GMT did go and I somewhat regret it but I did have it for quite awhile. Watches are like anything else..... you eventually tire of them and seek something else.

Can't say I hate it completely, but the "AM" & "PM" marking on the dial, are a bit silly IMO. At the end of the day, as long as you love it...that's all that matters.

Perhaps the AM PM dial is a wee bit over the top but I think it will get a lot of wrist time! I have seen a lot of Seiko's that are over the top as well! The Zodiac is 44mm x 13mm but it is so well balanced you have to check the wrist to make sure you are wearing a watch! The leather strap is so soft and comfy and looks and feels like suede. Edited to add: I am thinking of buying this 24mm x 24mm PVC band to put on it!

To be honest, I wouldn't add any more orange to the mix on that one. A pet peeve of mine, is when the colors (orange in this case) don't match.

Cool. I am a longtime fan of the modern Zodiacs. Have quite a few of them around. Oh, but if anyone thinks that one looks a bit silly or over the top, you really gonna hate on my world time model:

The only thing about it that I diidnt like was the odd strap configuration!
