Another case of non-existant communication.........

I was looking for a nice Dk. Brown lizard band for one of my watches and found this one..............

Really nice indeed IMO and the price was certainly right so I bought it.............  the problem however lay in the communication between seller and buyer!  I E-mailed him 3 times..yes..........3 times (seems to be my lucky number?) and asked him kindly if he would substitute the GOLD buckle for a SILVER buckle!  NO replies so I figured what the hell I'll live with it the way it is!
Well...........today I got a reply (finally) from him telling me that they dont substitute buckles and that he was sorry and I could exchange it for something else or get a refund!  
I wrote back and told him that I would keep it but that his communication skills definitely needed some improvement! 
Would sure be nice if folks selling things would correspond better.

Sellers have NO business selling if they are not going to reply!!

"Reasonable time for a reply" is always, IMHO, a debatable concept between buyer and seller.  I always get a reply, some sooner, some later.  Never waiting "with bated breath" for one.
