Been looking for a decent one for a while....this sucker takes three batteries.
Should be here by the end of the week.
Anyone here have any experiences with this one?

Definitely an interesting piece, I've also kicked around the idea of adding one to the collection.

Definitely an interesting piece, I've also kicked around the idea of adding one to the collection. Yes, yes I did...that was an awesome collection. Supposedly one of the more collectable models has the 12 o'clock marker above the LCD readout.
Here's one currently for sale on Ebay....very rough example:

I just sold mine after too many battery "experiences".... Did you have to change them too often? To be honest, I changed the batteries twice in the roughly 4 years that I owned it. The thing is, as a tool watch it's very functional and since I've relied on a dive computer (1 battery) and a casio for back up, I never used the Aqualand for its designed purpose. It just did not make sense to hold on to it any longer if I was to wear it occasionally.

Neil has had some very serious health issues (bad car accident involving a skull fracture in two places). He was suffering from blackouts and horrendous headaches. I miss the guy. He gave me some great advice when I picked up an Aqualand. I was able to get it running after the seller had declared it dead.
