Does anyone know if someone sells a NATO-style strap with a deployment clasp? I like the utility, ruggedness, water resistance and safety of the NATO, but I'm not happy with the buckles I've seen on them so far. Thanks for any insights!

I like the utility, ruggedness, water resistance and safety of the NATO, but I'm not happy with the buckles I've seen on them so far. Thanks for any insights! Just go with a Maratac Mil Series strap. No stupid metal loops, or rings, just a keeper made of the same material as the strap and a reasonable sized buckle.

Very tidy. Is it stiff and scratchy or flexible and comfortable?

Very tidy. Is it stiff and scratchy or flexible and comfortable? These Maratac straps are soft and supple. No itchy scratchy at all. I fold the extra stap at the end, back under the keeper and it doesn't increase the bump at all. The best nylon straps available in my opinion...no matter if you get the Mil Series or the traditional nato styles with hardware 7dfe79adc2f0

Thanks, Penguinbce! Looking forward to receiving it. It shipped very quickly. :-) Did you buy from MWR or anther vendor? I got mine from MWR but being in Canada had to use the services of some generous US members to acquire them. Definitely worth the small inconvenience though 7dfe79adc2f0
