I'd wondered about the gaskets too... and some people on the TOF have been asking as well. Any info Spencer? Many thanks for all your hard work btw, much appreciated ta. The gaskets are much more complicated. The company that Jonathan used to make his gaskets was pumping out lots of defective product. Their stuff was so poor that he'd decided to find another manufacturer, but he didn't around to this in time. I am working now to have some of them reverse-engineered from original unused Seiko gaskets. Specifically I'm working on DJ0060B, the button gaskets that Seiko used in damn near everything. The rest of the gaskets are seemingly being sold now by a company in Hong Kong... the same company the previously produced the defective gaskets for Jonathan. They say they're pressure-tested but I personally know that fitting the crystal gaskets was a serious PITA. OK good to know. I'm sure you'll announce if anything changes.
