Now if i remember correctly and i may be wrong (the last time was Feb 1976) the end links can be a pain to get on and off, seem to remember something to do with the solid end links..mmmmm The solid links don't always fit, and the slots that are milled (or possibly cast) in them to allow access to the spring bar ends are pretty narrow. However, you can't go wrong with a set of Swedefreak's folded end links. I have both types, and I've also modified a 20-mm Super Oyster by removing and rearranging the non-removable links so that the bracelet is now 19-mm wide where it meets the end link. However, my 6105-8119 is on a Will Jean reproduction 99.999% of the time. I think, on a bracelet, there's just too much steel going on. Myles Thanks Myles, now i know

You'd have to ask Spencer. I know he's a gentleman, so he may be waiting a while before talking business with Jonathan's still-grieving survivors. Also, Jonathan acquired his stockpile of parts a little at a time, often times buying out retiring watchmakers' inventories, etc. To buy out all of Jonathan's stock all at once would probably be rather expensive. Myles I'm not asking Spencer anything as we do NOT get along at all! He will eventually see the post and reply should he decide to do so!

I'm fortunate enough to own an 8110, as well as an 8119. Strap on one, bracelet on the other.

I don't like the fit of any of the bracelet options I've seen, and have pretty much given up. If there winds up being a WristSushi 6105 bracelet project, I'm in. For now, my 6105-811xs are on original waffles:

...............I know this has been done before, however, I'm still gona ask.
Seiko 6105 bracelets, whats my options? I think at this point I have been through most options. SEL Oyster is nice but out of the question. Total Pain In The Arse to remove. Best folded end cap to mate with a standard Oyster would definitely be Jonathan Koch's but of course availability is legacy only at the moment. However they only fit a standard thickness end link so you need 1.8mm spring bar with 1.1mm end pins. I've tried a shaved down OEM Seiko Monster which is an interesting look but in the end unsatisfying. Have done the Yobokie's Hammer and Anvil, played with both 20m and 22mm versions. They both look good but are too damn heavy. Have also mated Hammer end links with OEM Seiko 22mm President. Nice combo but doesn't sit my wrist quite right. Tried Shark Mesh. Did not balance right for me. YMMV. My favorite and current mounting is a Yobokies BoR, 22m with the fitted end links. 20mm would probably be a decent match but I already owned the 22mm so I just ordered the end caps. No pics right now but here are some of Harold's. (note - I brushed all the shine off mine. Too damn blinging). 22mm 20mm

They are easy to install, but a huge pain to remove. Thanks for the heads-up And as been noted previously, SEL may not always fit right off. We're talking about solid end links designed after the fact for a case that never had any bracelet designed for it. Variance in their manufacture, Seiko's manufacture and years of wear can make for any number of outcomes. I have a set of 19mm 6105-811x SEL from Yobokies for 9mm center link bracelets. They would not fit. It took about 5 min of filing each one to remove just enough material to make them usable. I have 22mm SEL from Tungchoy/Strapcode for slim case divers (6309/7002/7S). The razor end links took an hour of filing. The Oyster end links close to the same and they still don't fit all cases the same. Aftermarket SEL are a crapshoot.

Hi Jason,
The Yobokies SEL needed a little tinkering with a file for one of my 6105's, but not much, and fitting is fiddly. The folded links from Jonathan (Swedefreak) were very easy to fit. I have not tried taking them off yet!!

Jason, Those are Jonathan's 6105 end pieces combined with a normal 9mm center lug oyster bracelet. Jonathan made two different 6105 endpieces....one has a standard 9mm center link opening the other variant has 10mm to work with H-Link styled bracelets. The 6105 endpieces also direct fit the 6138-300x chronograph cases Just FYI, I have limited access to Jonathan's supply of bracelet's (h-link and fishbone) along with the 6105 and 6309 endpieces. By limited access, I mean that I need to physically drive out to his residence on a pre scheduled date/time to conduct business with Jonathan's family. There is a huge supply of these parts/bracelets remaining in the estate, but no willingness to sell as a huge lot. Hopes are that one day soon I can negotiate a reasonable offer for things and bring them back to the WIS community
