Picked up this good looing Sportura for lunch money. Seller said not keeping time and one pusher sticking. New battery and a couple of minutes to clean the pushers later, fully functioning smart looking watch. Down side is $75+ for a suitable fitting Seiko strap, no aftermarket ones available due to the unique fitting arrangement . Where ever I search the cost of the strap is always up there, and never on sale . Just have to keep looking I guess , you never know what might turn up on the net. Maybe a clapped out watch with a decent strap [ he says in hope]. Thanks for looking, Cheers Yorkie.

I'd say spank that bitch and hit it hard from behind. You got the basic part at a great price, why not put the cash into the strap?

Must say your right, just being a tight wad about it I guess. Not much use to anyone without the ability to wear it. I have the Sportura World Timer and its a kickass watch ,great to wear and has great wrist presence in my humble opinion.
