I sold mine quite awhile ago! I practically had to give it away! The problem with trying to sell any watch on the Forums is that people are cheap and just dont want to pay! I'm cheap too in a way but not that cheap! I sold it because at 37mm it was just too small for me! When I bought it I thought I'd be getting the Full sized model which didnt turn out to be the case!

Yeah, he doesn't deserve a replacement... Besides, the larger version would be too big, for his puny wrists. The full size version is 40mm and almost a perfect size! I will rarely ever buy anything less then 40mm but I have a few exceptions!

Wearing my gifted Vostok again. I am actually getting into this a lot more than I thought I would. I've decided not to replace the dial after all, because I'm starting to think this is actually older than I thought (1980s, maybe? Apparently there is no way to tell year of production from serial number with Vostoks, so I am going by the caseback design mostly), and it seems a shame to get rid of genuine wabi like that. However, I spent so long looking at the other dial options that now I think I might need to buy a new Amphibia . This thing is a joy to hand wind, because the crown is so big, and once you get used to the weird "wobbly by design" stem system, it winds very easily but in a way that feels very rugged.

I was wearing this one all day yesterday. I thought it was in need of a full service but 5 minutes on the new Timegrapher sorted it and after the balance was put 'in beat' it now has more swing than hugh hefner. Actually runs very strong and sweet now. Worth every penny the Timegrapher to folk who are ok with tinkering as well as full on servicing. Now I can wack it on a online auction website as I had a few too many 6139-6000s. Adictive little blighters!
