Hi from the UK.
I've just joined by being given a gentle push by Grounhog66, for crimes best left unspoken.
My interest is in Seiko, and I prefer the diver models. I bought my first diver in '98, a kinetic sports 200. That ended up in a draw when the capacitor died, and then lesser watches creeper in. Fast forward to this year and my love for the watch returned. A mate invited me to a Facebook page and my interest rekindled. I got the capacitor replaced, but in trawling the net I noticed the amount of mods that have been carried out. So I have just bought a early 90's diver that is not looking to good to tidy up. I also have a chronograph that was bought for my birthday that I'm pleased with.
I also join in other forums, but their not watch related.

welcome4aboard Chris! This place will definitely help to reestablish your interest in Seiko and watches in general. Just one warning...this place is full of enablers who have no qualms about helping you spend your money on more watches  |
