When Noah Fuller was alive, there was a constant wish on the old SCWF by members for Seiko to reissue a modern version of the venerable 6309 diver. Noah decided to fulfill that demand by creating his version which he called the Tsunami. It was like a regular 6309 on steroids. The movement installed was the 6R15. Noah took a year or so to produce the watch. He had CAD drawings made up of his ideas, went to a Hong Kong manufacturing company and ordered this prototype firstly. He made many Seiko options of dials, handsets and crowns. Even a sterile caseback was offered, which I opted to get (in keeping with the military idea of non identifying a watch haha! All his Tsunamis came with a great heavy bracelet, which I removed and installed a leather strap or mil spec Maratack band. Noah included in his kit an extra leather strap, springbar tool and carrying case. Tsunami Mil MONTAGE by blingmeister, on Flickr

Your montage is an excellent tribute to one we lost too soon.

Nice one, Thian! It would be even more "tacticool" with a set of "ladder" hands! Best wishes, Myles
