Hello friends,
I have three unveilings to do this evening, so forgive me for being brief.
("Forgive you!? We'll PAY you!!")
Oh...
After I bought the first two Seiko vintage watches from saitama_jp, he had a third one up for auction that I wanted too. Here is the package that arrived on Friday.

I wasn't too worried about winning this auction, even though this model was a bit "special". Here is the usual shopping bag inside the envelope!

And inside the shopping bag, the local newspaper! I wish I could read the advertisements!

Another plastic bag was inside the newspaper...

And a bubble-wrapped bundle within the plastic bag.

Ah, now we are getting close.
The bracelet looks to be in great condition, a bonus as it wasn't shown very much in the auction pictures!!

Finally, we see the goods! It is a 1973 Seiko Automatic Lord Matic Special (5206-6120), a 28800 bph, 23 jewel movement, surrounded by a simple, classical, yet very legible design.

Here is a closer look, which explains why I wasn't worried about winging this one, the crystal is very scratched up. Still wearable, but I am hoping I can get the crystal replaced.
Do any of you more expert vintage collectors have any opinion about whether I will be able to get the crystal replaced? I see a lot of crystals on sale, but I didn't find for this specific model.

Since I am in a hurry, I'll skip the lume shot (!) and move right to the oh-so-important case-back view!

And although I am not gong to open the back, here are a couple of movement pictures from the seller.
And since I know you "Claspers" are out there, here is the view for you!
This bracelet is in great condition, and just long enough to fit me perfectly.
Hmm, "... fit me perfectly"......

Woohoo! Look how classy I am!!

Well, that's all I have time for! Gotta move along! I hope you enjoyed the show! Thanks for looking!
