Does anyone here have one of these watches? I've seen and heard about them before, but haven't really paid much attention to them until I saw one up close and personal yesterday. To me it looks and feels great. They are rather large, which I love. Plus I'm a huge fan of Automatic Divers. The one I examined had an automatic ETA Swiss movement, which you can't go wrong on. What do you guys think?

They have quite a Rep across the pond I believe. Quite a following over on WUS. I wouldn't mind strapping one on for my next dive. I'd be interested in any comments too.....

I've always liked the Deep Blue brand. I'm a big fan of the ETA automatic movement in the Swiss models and the double gasket is a nice touch. Whether its actually functional or just over kill I'm not really sure.
I dig the look of the last pic you posted , but sometimes integrated bands don't do it for me. If anything happens, it could be a bitch to replace.
Good topic and write up by the way. thunbsup.gif

What do you guys think? Looks like a Sea-Gull ST-6 movement. That's how they look in 40mm+ sized watches. If it is an ETA; it must be one of the smaller calibres...26xx maybe.

From what I can tell they're great quality for a good price. Maybe in the future I'll have one on my wrist and I'll be writing up a review instead of asking questions. yes1.gif

I have written a couple of reviews on them but out of respect to the forum I will not post a link to them. For those who do not know, I own a watch forum so posting a link to it is IMHO disrespectful to the owner of this one and to members here. With DB it is hit and miss. I did like the depthmaster 3000 as well as the Master Explorer which I gave away.

Had one of the 1000m pro divers a couple of years back, the build quality seemed good and It certainly felt good value for the money, I feel that some of the designs are a bit garish and I let mine go because there was just something missing, I can't put my finger on what but it just didn't float my boat

A colleague here at work has several and he swears by them. They do look impressive and have a great wrist feel.
