Has anyone successfully mated curved lug leather straps with any of their watches? I see some very nice ones out there from Hirsch but I am loath to invest only to find out they don't really work on anything I'd like to put them on.
Experiences? Pictures?

I do find that there is more than enough uniformity in the lug profile such that any 'curved strap' from leather should look darn good on any watch head in terms of the fit-up. The leather tends to compress enough if need be. I sourced a Citizen curved strap from their parts department even though it was for another Citizen model. I have gotten other leather curved ends from ebay for a cheap price and they work well on anything I throw them on. Anything is better than the 'lug gap' using a straight leather strap on a curved lug watch
