Just swapped straps on my newly acquired SKX399. Had this old Hirsch leather jobbie lying around, so.....

This used to belong to Penguin..sold it but might try finding one again. The dial clarity is second to none! Seems that a google search finds lots of them in the UK! Pulsar and aston martin by blingmeister, on Flickr

It's good to wear the King (Seiko)! I decided to treat myself to a gourmet (Real Chinese) Chinese dinner, so I had a chance to strap on my new King Seiko 4402-8000. I hand wound it and it was very smooth. the date switches crisply, and for the six hours I've had it on it has been extremely accurate. If you missed by unveiling, this is one the reasons I bought it, it has a very cool King Seiko medallion on the back. Thanks for looking! - Thomas

I switched over to a special watch... I don't wear these often enough but I think this one will be on my wrist for a couple of days BTW, this is on a genuine Seiko leather strap with signed buckle and it is as comfortable as heck
