To continue with my negative posting streak: why do they use those monster hands on anything? If they just got rid of them a whole bunch of models would improve instantly.

I know it seems petty, but I've never been keen on that 5 logo. Other than that, they look ok.

They look good, the best monsters yet imho. I like the new dial, but then I liked the previous 'teeth' dial a lot too. The big improvement for me though is the bezel. I might be tempted to buy one depending on the price...

Is that really considered a Monster? It's only a 100M watch and I thought Monsters were 200M. I do like the one with the silver bezel though.

'Zactly what I was thinking, these shouldn't be classified as Monsters just because they share the same hands. They are just another "Sports" offering. 100M, crown at 3, no partial shroud, "5" branding... If it doesn't quack like a duck..... But damn, I gotta get me one of them blue jobbies.

They should have at least added a bezel PIP I think Seiko is clutching at straws! Personally (JMHO) if Seiko were to start to do re-issues of the older models their sales would go thru the roof!

Actually I don't think Seiko has dubbed them "Monsters"....rather the watch community. And for $172.00 (Creation Watches) I also have to get one of those blue "jobbies".

Oh, I know Seiko didn't nickname them Monsters, the WIS community came up with that. But, now someone in the watch community has dubbed this model Monster...

Man, I would want to buy one of those blue and gold dials (sans the 100M writing but I doubt it'd be possible to take it off) and put it into an actual Monster...
