I'm in the middle (well, actually nearly at the end) of restoring a rust damaged 6139-6002.
This was the first 6139 movement I've worked on, and I figured I had nothing to lose (apart from money!!) and a lot to gain.
I've had to replace quiet a few parts, and I now find myself needing a center chronograph wheel. Mine has suffered rust damage and the clutch does not work correctly (to be honest, I haven't quite worked out how it works and what lifts / moves, but I know mine is faulty).
So, if someone has a good one they'd like to part with please let me know. I could buy a watch as a donor, but I might end up with a 6139A rather than a B, or the movement might be faulty or I'll end up buying a good watch that is too good to break.
