Liked the look of this big hunk of 316L stainless 200m, Japanese quartz movement, screw down crown with guards, super-Luminova, Green Mother-of-pearl dial. and one massively chunky bracelet.

SSDD ... for those of you who know what that means ... it's the "beater" Big/Small Eye again. To amplify on my statement about "when it is too good for some of the places I have to go to/thru ... I put on a freebie 6119" (something to that effect), well here are some of those places, from a thread in another forum: www.network54.com/Forum/642233/message/1401946507/Some+pics+to+go+with+the+stories! Kalubihan Country Club as I affectionally called it when we played volleyball there all Summer here. That's my house behind. It hasn't been used much since Summer ended. They did have Sunday AM or afternoon sessions for the kids for a while, but something made them give up shortly into the school year. Here's some pics from those sessions found @ www.network54.com/Forum/642233/message/1402293636/Pics-+young+folks+of+Kalubihan+Country+ClubThe Managing Director of Kalubihan Country Club (our joke), Turoy: Me with "Gira" (pronounced like "Zheara") Looking back to our house & wall. Note that we didn't even bother to trim weeds in the back corner of the court ... we just play thru them LOL!! Our elaborate facilities (being facetious) - water break time. Yeah, sure - the bottle says Pepsi, but I assure you, what is in there just came out of our faucet! Today, I may be headed to the "tianggi" - the Public Market [Wet Market, Farmers Market downtown, whatever you want to term it] - to see a friend, before heading out to dinner at a somewhat Western-style fast-food place but Philippine brand (which in a developing nation is kind of considered an "upscale dining experience") w/ friends. Definitely a place where the dress clothes I wore into town yesterday would be "overkill" ... and the Big/Small Eye is also!! Don't have any pics of the tianggi, sorry, but just imagine it. It is a large complex of cement buildings with "tin" roofs, there are butchers shops in 1 building (no refrigeration) and produce stands in another (no refrigeration, no elegant glass displays there either). In other buildings are "karinderia" (little informal restaurants with no A/C or fans, or windows, but plenty of "langaw" {house flies} ... I don't eat in those, I don't like Hepatitis and Typhoid).... and so on.
