Our Macaw Charlie was rather partial to womens fingers. He managed to part three women in total from various precentages of their fingers over time my grandmother included. He must have had balls as big as the moon to take on my grandmother! but what ever pain she put him through he relieved my gran of the last 1/8th of her thumb. Gran got it back off "the bird" and glued it back on using super glue or I think that would be crazy glue in the states. Tough old birds the pair of them! Charlie was also a 1st rate swearing parot thanks to being kept in my grandfathers pet shop near a lot of school children. At first Charlie use to whisper 'f-off' but over time he realised it got more response from the strange meat creatures if he shouted it at the top of his lungs. He was also one loud bird.... Great fun parots apart from when you really want to sleep and they don't. Enjoy

Thanks Tony! thats a great story.....
This little guy is actually our third parrot, but the first Caique that we've ever owned. He's an absolute riot to play with and way smarter than expected......We were able to potty train him in just a couple hours. They say that the Caique are the clowns of the parrot family, I'm definitely in agreement....he actually laughs when you turn him over and tickle his belly. Also, he has started talking which is amazing because he's just 4 months old, Most parrots don't start speech mimic until 9-12 months.

I can see how tame your parot is from the photo but that's amazing considering his age and how long you've owned him. Nice looking parot. My friend had a Caique called hector that he brought to school in his bag some days but I think he had more white than your bird does. I had a brown saddle back rat called phukwit I took too school in my pocket. You can imagine which one of us was popular with the local girls school and which they ran from! I had a snake I also took to school with me but phukwit didn't like hissing sid so I couldn't take them both at the same time. Doubt it would be allowed now. P.S I didn't name my rat my grandfather did.

My November 1976 6138-0030. Just realised the back of this watch has never been off! OMG, Tony! This watch looks awsome. Simply great. I hope I can find a decent 0030 as well. I have received my new UFO today. Also a nice watch. Pretty heavy compared to the Pogue chronos.

Thanks it was NOS when I got my paws on the 0030 and it still has the blue plastic covering the case back Your UFO looks mint! They are heavy watches but nice on your wrist. Just don't rotate too fast or you'll form a worm hole fracture in space time. Enjoy!
