Description: Seiko Purple Tachymeter Men's Watch Glass Crystal 35mm / 3mm - NEW Condition: New , unused Thickness: 3mm Ref #: 350A06SDOCWhat you see in the picture is what you get. It would give purple to a watch face for me! But what kind of watch? Which watches use a 53mm Crystal? Here is what I'm talking about: Am I thinking about something that can't be done? Help, guys! Please. Thanks!

35mm is pretty large, could possibly be intended for a seiko stopwatch or something "timer" related

That's me.. ideas that won't work.
35mm for a crystal does sound big.
Hmmmm
Time to start measuring those in my watches, I guess.
Thanks, Guys.

35mm is big. But if you found one of those JUMBO type cases you could mount it. It just looks like a flat crystal, so you can mount that with a generic L shaped gasket. The gasket will add a few MM, so you might be looking at a 38mm-ish "recess" for the crystal. I reckon you're heading into converted pocket watch territory. So this is a live auction going on now on evilbay - I'd say pass on it, it undoubtedly goes to some oddball stop watch.

That goes to a wristwatch. Can't remember the model...I will have to dig around. But definitely a watch I have seen before.

OMG! That's hideous!
Thanks for finding that. Crossing it off any list I might have.
