Hi Solex,
This Wuischpard & Son in Florida - the first I've heard of them - are their prices and turn-around times reasonable ?
I can see their finished work is superlative.
Congrats, we await the final unveiling with the movement back in and on a new strap.

Thank you,
I sent it to them September 20th and it was done November 19th, IMHO a very good turn around time. The cost was $250.00, about $60.00 more than I expected, the divots between the lugs needed to be done by hand. I would say the cost is commensurate with the level of effort and the fact that it was plated with 14k gold.
I'm happy, I fitted a Kresiler alligator strap last night. It will do for now but would like to find a nice cordovan horween strap

Some pictures with the strap and anotherThe hands look like they have some residue (like spots from moisture) they do not look corroded, would you recommend soaking them in jewelry cleaner?

That looks amazing.
I've been watching this intently because I've been considering getting into the fine scale plating game.
