Two nights I tried fitting a new crystal and it appeared to be an original from Seiko, but it did not fit, I got it in the case with the original gasket but it did not have a deep enough angle on the bevel and the bezel was difficult to turn. I decided to re-polish the original crystal and it came out better, I used a pasted that is used to remove water spots from windshields as a final finish, not bad but still not perfect.
