Hi friends.. got to know this forum through Adrian from Vintage Time Australia.. Was reading the posts and looks like a great bunch of people...not much in my collection. A steinhart, Gavox, mako, 1 skx007 and a hmt in my collection. Tried to fix a 7s26c movement by swapping parts from 7s26b and ended up trashing both the movements.. so just restricting myself to small mods (crystal, dial and hands). thats me in a gist. . Thanks everyone and happy to be part of the group..

Welcome from sun soaked London. Keep at it with those movements and suddenly it'll all start working and you'll end up fixing the ones you broke in the first place.

Welcome to Wrist Sushi, we're glad you joined us. Trust me, you're not the first to bungle a movement or two. Hang in there, don't give up yet...there are many folks here that can help.

to Wrist Sushi. You probably weren't aware that most of the parts between the 7s26B and 7s26C are not interchangeable. Seiko rationalized many of the parts for the 7s26C, 6r15 and 4r36 so as to reduce inventory.
