A new crystal, makes all the difference! Did you get that one off the bay?

Don't ever sell it! I had a 7015 70m diver I unloaded last year during a binge sell-off that the case was so pristine at the bottom (opposite crystal, contacting wrist around the case back) that I swear I could have peeled an apple with it. It was so sharp, case was perfect, not a mark on it.
I sold it, and even before I had it packaged up to mail out to the buyer, I regretted the decision.

No, a customer did, he sent it in for service, and then he had a serious financial setback and had to sell it before I'd done anything to it. We came to an agreement, he got paid, and it's mine now. I didn't get a screaming bargain, I didn't pay the farm for it. I'll never see one this nice for years, I'm sure, so why not. A good investment.

I am curious if the sweep second hand on all bullheads is supposed to extend all the way to the subsecond marks or stop short at the seconds mark. ( that is, what is the length of the sweep hand) Did it change over the years? Also are the main hands luminous on all models and if not when did it change. I have seen some both ways. I want to purchase a bullhead in the future. I have just seen variations and unfortunately I am becoming skeptical of what I see on the bay. I think I am finding too many discrepancies but I am a newbie.

My bullhead has the 17mm hand and I believe that is the correct hand. Maybe some of the examples you're looking at have a 15mm hand fitted because the longer hand wasn't available. The Pogue, amongst others, uses the 15mm hand.
