Just had the battery changed on this Omega. Funny but the shop did not have a Panasonic CR2320 which I requested, so I gave them permission to use the OEM Renata one! angled dial to window by blingmeister, on Flickr

Cautiuosly wearing this one around the office today.. I always wondered what a near mint 7549-7010 would look like in the flesh....Now I know, amazing piece and a true 33 year old timecapsule.

Wabi'd old warrior arrived yesterday after a long stay in the original owner's sock drawer. Now the search for a crystal begins.

Unfortunately the monster box of halves didn't surface yesterday. Hopefully it will be in todays batch.
Going with this one again.

Just arrived today... Asian Games 6217 World Time - thanks Reck for another fantastic purchase! I have been after one of these for ages and have narrowly missed a couple of decent Olympic versions, but to land this variant, with what seems to be the original strap has made my day!

Finally found a genuine Seiko bracelet for this one. Installed last night. Much friendlier to my hairy wrist! The watch arrived DOA from Germany but it was just a battery that didn't survive the trip. I removed and replaced it before it could damage the movement. Super accurate little watch!
