I have several odd and ends Seiko movements and wondered what is the best way to store them? Most of them have the hands attached so I want to be able to store them in such a way so the hands dont get bent or damaged.... Any ideas? TIA

TIA There are special little plastic cases that are made to hold movements. They even have a space for the crown.stem to stick out. The ones I have are clear plastic; two pieces. Kind of like a little round jar with a top and bottom.

I use to go to Jewelry stores or places like we have called ....( Ben Franklin, WAL/MART, Jewelry Craft Stores ) and just look for the little craft storage clear plastic containers. When I get them I just Drill a little hole in them, then I place them into these..... " Fishing Tackle Plastic Storage Trays ", with big enough holding squares. The ones I use most are just " Fishing Storage Partitioned Trays " that I place cut hard foam on the bottom. Same with other parts that I get regularly. NOTE:
I saw this and made a Larger Size one by converting the dimension's and made it the second picture one stackable into one complete outside frame. It measures now ..... ( 5 - Foot Tall x 24 Inches Wide x 20 Inches Deep ), and has ( 16 more Drawers on the bottom ) and has caster wheels. If needed the wheels have a 1 - Piece section mounted to them and just slips out of the bottom and are removable to place onto a desk. Aloha Louis
