Grilled Prime Rib, Grilled Kilabasa, homemade potato salad, seafood salad, grilled Zuccini, fresh squeezed lemonade, soda and ice cream and cake later on as we watched the fireworks on PBS.

Fish and Chips washed down with a cup of tea. And Polly was pissed off because I was enjoying the fish so much I forgot to give her some, well I ignored her squeaking.

I fired up the Weber Kettle... marinated sirloin flap Asparagus w/olive oil & Santa Maria seasoning (salt/pepper/garlic). Sliced the flap, perfectly cooked. Served with steamed corn, and cous cous.

No pics but I made BBQ boneless country style ribs with my Mom's sauce recipe. Baby golden potatoes boiled then baked in butter. Summer Squash and Zucchini marinated in oilve oil and balsamic then grilled.

Is sirloin flap like skirt steak or flank?
