Can 7548 movement ordered from online suppliers or do you have to find donor? I found a very nice 5H26-7A19 very nice dial hands and bezel insert looks fantastic also has original strap. Seller says movement is bad, not sure how he degermined that. He wants $50.00 for it.

The 7548 (and 7546) movements have long since been discontinued.
I don't believe the coils are anywhere to be found anywhere anymore either which is why people canibalize the 7546 movements to use for parts for the 7548 divers.
I'm pretty sure the 5H26 movement (which dress watch donors should be readily available) is much thinner than the 7548 is.

So here are the pics of the diver and another non runner for $50.00 You can see the residue from a leaky battery don't know how damaged the movement is.

Chances are that any corrosion will be isolated to the battery terminals and where they contact the circuitry. This doesn't look too bad at all. A good clean up should have this one back in working order. The rest of the watch is in excellent shape

5H26-7A19 diver a smaller case then the 7548 Divers? It has a slightly smaller case and the bezel is domed rather then flat.
