These are 6139-7060s, both from 1972. The green one came from an old SCFer, and the grey came straight from Japan. Both were recently treated to NOS-ish cases thanks to our friend in Brazil. The brushed, flat portions of the case at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock on this model are very subject to cuff-polishing and dings. The finishes on -7060 cases are incredibly complex, with razor sharp lines and combinations of brushed and high-polish finishes. Man, as awesome as these old Seiko chronographs are, it amazes me that EVERY WIS ON THE PLANET isn't head-over-heels with them! Let's see that rare Japanese steel!

Wow, they are in great condition now - so sad that you cannot wear them ever again

Yeah they're OK, I guess. My only 6139 is a -7060. Not as nice as yours Aaron, but it works for me. The dial is a bit faded, but Spencer worked his magic on the movement. It runs great now.

I'm a sucker for JDM, any 6139 with Kanji is a winner in my book...lovely pair!

Wow...I really like the green/light sea green. Looks like it correlates with rgb(32,178,170).
That is one killer watch!!

I have a -8050 JDM that has a similar green dial. A bit greener, I guess. Sorry for the bad pic, haven't had time to take one myself.

I really like the dial on the left.
the way the sub dial echoes the 12-3 orange treatment of the main dial, and the orange sweep second hand, make for a really nice combo.

Great Pair Aaron! I have the teal + blue versions. The blue version is in my project line up. I was going to toss in a bid on those cases but when I saw you were interested in them I gave you some slack.........

Love these, close to my favorite 6139 and one of the best bracelets of the 6139 series
