Got this ..." OLD VETERAN ", for free and stripped it and now it is running good. I just could not throw it away, I am going to finish it. ( The poor thing has seen its years and deservers to be kept.) It needs a whole new dial and original hands for it. [X].....( It was a Swap Meet Lot Find. ) Movement was in very good shape also, and the Crystal clean real nice too.
Note : Picture of the .... " Actual New Watch below ". ______________________________________________ This one is a Seiko ....... ( 7625E .... from 19767 ) 7625-8033 , 17jewel ) Dial read : 7625-8050S Problem: It is running great, had to substitute the hands. (originals all broken) But have to fine a new ones also and the problem is the sweep second hand stem is broken so it needs a new one also and possibly replace the tube also. So a donor parts watch needs to be found eventually. The Case, Case Back has been cleaned up and looks good, but will stay like that because it is going into a box just for keeps. Aloha thanks guys but still got ....(2)_ Two more to do now and same condition too.  So on the ...." Donor " , hunts now. two sets of hands an Two dials to go. Maybe two parts watchs would do. Louis |
