hey i have seen a few of these for sale on the bay..people always seem to try to make a killing on one...i would love to find one just to have it...i was told they were in Seiko Authorized centers...but not sure if that is true...great find for sure..

I'm surprised (if it is legit) that it does not have a part number on it.
Most Seiko case backs (at least in the last 20 years) have a number and letter code in a box indicating which official tool or at least die for the universal tool to use to open the caseback such as A0 for the SKX divers or A4 for tomorrows WRUW that I am winding now.

They normally came as part of a set of case back openers, which had a Seiko part number on the box, as usual they get separated...

I'm not home at the moment so can't help with pictures, but, there were three in the box the one you have a unique one for the waterproof Silverwaves/Cronos and a 6 or 8 sided one, also in the box were three or four different case holders, the ones you fit in a vice.

Adrian has one up for sale or did. The complete kit boxed that is. I often buy Seiko tools. I picked up a superb crystal and caseback tool S220 from memory for £20 the other day. Knocks the spots off the crap you see for sale on evilBay.
