The watch is a Citizen sub-brand which appears to be JDM only. Instruction manual accompanying the watch is not in English, but the watch has the Citizen caliber E101 movement and the English language version and technical specs can be found here:

The watch measures 36MM diameter, 18MM lugs, and 9.3MM thickness. Weight is a light 3.04 ounces. Dial on this model is white with stick markers w/lume dots and lume on hour/minute hands. There is a day/date calendar at the 3PM marker, framed, not divided, with the day designations in English and Kanji. Manufacturer's WR rating is a decent 100M/10BAR with a screwback case but without a locking crown. The case and bracelet are stainless steel with hollow end pieces; the crystal is described as "crystal glass". The bracelet is folded link, brushed and polished combo, and individual links are not removable. Instead, the clasp can be released by pushing up on the solid curved piece closet to the clasp and the clasp can be slid along the bracelet length to get the desired adjustment for wrist size. The clasp itself is small and unsigned but has a push-button release. The usual Citizen Eco-Drive features are present such as overcharge prevention, quick-start, and a second hand that ticks in two-second intervals if the watch needs recharging. Power reserve is rated at 6 months when fully charged and will run up to 4 days once two-second-interval second-hand movement starts until final stop. Accuracy is rated at the usual quartz range of +/- 15 seconds/month. The model release date is listed by some vendors as 2007. All in all, the watch appears competent and worthy of the Citizen reputation, but at a lower price point than the "big brother" Eco-Drives.
