Im curious, how much do these sell for nowadays? I have a colleague at work that has one, he never uses it anymore. It's in decent condition, dirty but clean crystal, with bracelet but no box/papers. Yours looks to be in nice shape, congrats. I bought this Gen 1 Orange Monster. I already have one (and orange is my favorite color), but the price was too good that I negotiated so I will sell the one I have now. But I bought it more so for the "Malaysia" on the dial (and case back). Almost every one I've seen has nothing on the dial. My understanding is that the Malaysia dial was intended for North American market and only sold in the authorized dealers. So I thought maybe this was a slightly rarer variant? Anybody have any knowledge on this?
Seller pic. Malaysia is at 6 o'clock to the left.

Thanks. I paid $165 without box and papers (that I know of from the seller) if that helps you gauge a potential offer. You can find nicer ones than the one you described on eBay for between $200 - $250+. I wasn't planning on buying this, but given the price, near mint condition with bracelet and the "Malaysia" on the dial which is supposedly rarer North American authorized dealer model; it was a no brainer for me.

Always wanted a Land Monster but lots of time they're scratched up with knackered bezels and a little pricey. This one appears very nice and the bezel paint is all intact. Should clean up nicely and fill a slot in the Monster section of the watch box.

Bertrand, your "decent" is someone's" best I can ever hope for" condition. I haven't seen any yellow speedtimers at auctions in a long time.

I haven't bought anything in quite a while, so I figured it was time to treat myself. I found this JDM '88 7C43-7010 200m Pro on YJ for a very fair opening bid, and I was the only bidder.
I love the white outlined hands and toning of the lume on this one. I have a few of the smaller 7c43s, but this one is my first 'full size'.

Sellers pic.
These don't come up very often or EVER so I had to bid the opening bid on it on day 1.
Then the last 2 days 2 idiots kept one upping each other
Fortunately they didn't have any real money and I manually sniped it at the last second.
Now I will have to sell the only watch I bought in the last 10 months to justify another watch purchase.

I bought this for peanuts and think it'll make a cool clock for my desk. You're seeing reflections on the glass. Hoping a fresh battery will get her up and humming.

Nice office clock suntzu. I have the exact same model humming away in my office at work. I like the jet plane second hand a lot. - Thomas

Yes, I think this is a very cool clock and for about $25, can't go wrong. I've seen a version of this that has a separate battery bank and when when you put them in, there are two red LED lights that blink on the jet plane second hand! Very cool.
