Whoa, what is all the jargon on the chapter ring elude to raz ? Does it have some kind of RF transmitter in it to send those messages? What's the watch model (forgive my ignorance please!)
Inboost
Its the h558-5010 (the 5020 is the more desired one with 150m WR and titanium case). The markings on the chapter ring represent some sort of codes/indications for rescues on land. I read somewhere the exact meaning but could not find it. Similarly as with the markings on the 5000 real Arnie they are just for fun/show I see that Erik posted a 5020 on Instagram at the same time you posted your pic. He added a good description too, which is interesting reading.

I fear the rising COVID-19 issues in Japan may well stem the flow of my purchase.

It was available at a great price considering it’s just been released. These are showing out of stock now on their site, I think the one I’ve ordered might have been their first one in stock.

A couple of quick cheap honey hole purchases. I’ll clean up the Seiko chrono and put it on a nice strap and add it to the collection. The Citizen was so cheap that I’ll clean it up and resell on eBay for a profit plus cover the cost of the Seiko. Seller pics.

I like this a lot, but out of my range unfortunately. It reminds me of the Polerouters - one of which I should have bought 10 years ago!

I don't know, it might grow on you.
I actually like mine (until it gets cold outside and I start wearing my other watches again)

To be honest I only bought because of the price. I don’t know what it’s trying to be. I know the bezel doesn’t turn. I have a ton of beaters with solar or eco drive so it’s not like I need another one. Although citizen makes a nice bracelet so I might see if it fits somewhere in the collection

Thanks Paul , do you know the lug width? Not sure of the lug width, I would be guessing. Just to add the original version 1300m professional diver was 22mm.

Nice. Looks a bit like the old 800m diver. Hi Ian it’s a reissue of the 1300mtr diver from the eighties. The 800m and 1300m vintage pieces are amazing…. The new reissues are cute. A friend of mine associated them with the forest bears from star wars i think he is right …

I certainly can see the ewok resemblance I ordered today the Citizen ny0040 full lume with the bracelet. I already have the black one but really wanted the full lume one couple years ago but these were thought to be discontinued. The full lume ones were really hard to find on the second hand market, and the prices also reflected that. Looks like citizen has made a new batch on to the european market as there is lots of these for sale at different vendors in italy. Also people have received ones with upgraded movements with hacking to go with the hand winding. For little under 200 with rubber and little over 200euros with a bracelet think it's great value for money now that seiko discontinued the skx and are upping the prices of their lower tier divers.
