Hanji? 4 Silver Eagles. drop phone MNS 75th anniversary medal 3 coin door prize in 2 x 2's from last nights coin club meeting. I scored 8 points out of 20 for our team in the trivia contest. Key chain (mo money mo problems) Some US cents and some Yooper up der hey ringer "cents" And don't forget the Chuck E Cheese token. Maybe I should have used this shot for the free stuff contest. Sorry no hippie vegetarian yogurt here. No Josh; you misunderstand me; I have in my reach, that very coin! What is it and is it valuable??? How bought some pics?

Alas the weak denticles leads me to believe it is not real. You are absolutely correct.......... it is not real and neither are the other 19 I have that are just like them! Quick story behind them................... My youngest Daughter and her Husband came out to visit me from Louisiana earlier this year and while they were here amongst the other things they went to see they stopped at every thrift shop, garage sale etc they could find. Back home in addition to their regular jobs she goes every week end and day off that she has to estate sales, yard sales, thrift stores etc and sells what she finds on E-bay. She has made a shit load of money doing so as the folks in her hometown and surrounding areas have NO clue what things are worth so she get them for pennies on the dollar...........anyway to get back to my story...........when she was here she and Hubby drove to Hollywood where they found this little off the wall hidden antique store where she found the coins and at $2.00 each they bought 20 of them. When she came over to the house later for dinner she said she had a surprise for me and handed me the coins. Knowing I was a coin collector she said here Pop.from us to you! Something just didnt feel right with all of them in my hand and they felt too light. I weighed them knowing what a 1/2 dollar of that type should be and sure enough I was right...........each one only weighs 19.5 grams compared to the 27.2 grams they should be,Next thing I did on a whim was take a magnet to them and sure enough the magnet stuck and picked them up! Damnit I thought...........too bad they werent real as if they had been I would have made a lot of money selling them. As it is now I look at them once in awhile and do some wishfull thinking! I am actually surprised as she should have known better but her judgement lacked that day and I was grateful that she hadnt paid a premium for them! The officially issued US Trade Dollar. When I was a kid I specifically wanted a chop marked one. One of the 2 coins I paid more than $75 for at 12 years old. Patterns have a Judd number assigned to them and are usually struck on off metals (copper) I had my 7070 out for a post on a coin forum so I snapped this shot. Anyone want to price the cost of the 2 Seated Dollars (without and with motto) I can claim my 7070 is complete and my SLQ set is 1 coin short.

I finally got some good boxes after a 10 box skunk streak and shorted $20 in light rolls. I didn't even spot the enders at first because I was expecting another skunk streak.
1 box left over from Friday had 2 1964's and 2 40%ers.
4 boxes yesterday.
2 boxes each had 2 enders.
1st box had 2 1964's and 14 40%ers.
2nd box had 1 1964 and 13 40%ers.

Picked these 3 gems up today at our clubs annual show. I also picked up 4 Buffalo nickels, an AU 1946 Walker (3 more to go), and MS 1957 Franklin (1 more to go) I needed to fill holes in my sets. All 1,000 raffle tickets sold out in the first 3 hours. Usually we are lucky to even sell them out at all. Lots of people through the doors and there until closing since the Packers were not playing on a Sunday for once. Should be a good money maker for the club.

Got a good score today. I got a Canadian quarter out of the counter at the bank tonight. The reject tray was empty when I started and it kept kicking out a few of my nickels and cents and then it jammed up. The teller opened it up and cleaned the sensor and at the end of dumping there was it was in the reject tray. Picked these 2 Sacs from the tellers tray. 2013D and 2014D hole fillers. Got 6 star notes back. Also got a 1951 wheat penny back in change at the beer store.

Cool but is it more valuable with the offset casting/stamping? Maybe it was just a wear thing but it looks like there are more pronounced crenelations near the 6 o'clock position than the 12 o'clock position. Remember, I'm not into coins; just a casual observer

5 boxes today. 1 box had 10 nice proofs and a MAD and 2 NIFC. 1 box had a 1943 Walker ender. Ended up with 7 Walkers. The rest of the boxes were skunks except for some NIFC and a beat up 1986 proof.

I got these last night at our clubs annual banquet. Since this year is the 80th Anniversary of the founding they overstruck a 2014 Kennedy half dollar. Everyone also got a 1934 / 2014 nickel set (year founded and current year). I also won a Silver eagle in one of the games. They also had 25 Redbooks made up which I purchased at our show 2 weeks ago.

Nice haul, I bet it was a good time. And the only time this year that I will eat a salad. Last time I went to the banquet it came back out black / green for 3 days after and I thought I was possessed. Thank goodness for webMD which told me it was indication not to eat salad anymore
